“Congratulations to Saraliz and Eddy. They are Spring Creek’s 200th homebuyers. “We plan to start a family in the next few years. We like the small-town atmosphere of Waterdown,” says Eddy.
“One of my wife’s co-workers told us about Spring Creek. We visited every new home community in the area and liked it best,” says Eddy. “We also went to the Christmas party and met lots of really nice people.”
The couple chose an Eden Oak home that has an Edwardian style. “I like the bay window at the front. And the house isn’t too big or too small,” says Saraliz. “We also liked the finishes and how so much is included in the package.”
The sales staff also helped the couple get a mortgage. “Michelle at the sales office gave us lots of great advice and everyone was hoping for our approval. We became like family. Everyone is so friendly,” says Saraliz.” |
